The Magic of the Yucatan @ Chichen Itza Restaurant

The owners of Chichen Itza are long
time friends of mine! Many moons
ago I owned a store inside Mercado
La Paloma, this is where I had the
      pleasure of eating Chichen Itza's
      Food for the first time!

Gilberto Cetina Jr. featured here at
Mercado La Paloma with all his fathers
amazing dishes! They have so many
delicious dishes!  I always order the
    Salbutes & platanos con crema!

Growing up in the West Adams
District of LA, I was lucky to met
     such devoted business people like
     The Cetina Family!
